Berlin Stairways

The inspiration for AUGENBLICK BERLIN came to Julie Schoen when she was visiting with a friend in a stairwell during lockdown. She began to think about how women‘s lives changed during the pandemic.

Julie Schoen asked them three questions:
-What changed for you during the lockdown?
-How did you adapt?
-What makes you feel hopeful about the future?
AUGENBLICK.BERLIN is a collection of their inspiring stories.

What makes AUGENBLICK BERLIN truly special is its focus on the resilience and hope of Berlin women during these challenging times. Their stories, ranging from artists and dancers to entrepreneurs and educators, offer a rich tapestry of experiences and perspectives.

Support a good cause.

With the release of the self-published first edition of AUGENBLICK BERLIN, we had the privilege of supporting a women‘s shelter in Berlin dedicated to providing refuge for those affected by violence. But the journey isn‘t over yet.

The need for solidarity and assistance persists. If you share our passion for helping women affected by violence, we invite you to join us in making a difference. Visit our website for updates and ways to help. Thank you for your support!
